Basic Care – $59/month

Perfect for condos, apartments, and light-use properties.

Includes:

AC filter replacement (standard filter included)
Visual plumbing leak inspection
Electrical safety check (switches & outlets)
Smoke detector test
HVAC drain line check
Monthly digital inspection report with photos

Plus Care – $99/month (Most Popular)

Ideal for single-family homes & active Airbnb rentals.

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

Monthly lawn maintenance (mow, edge, blow)
Minor repairs included (up to 1 labor hour/month)
Faucet, toilet, and door adjustments
Gutter inspection & light debris removal (quarterly)
AC drain line flush (quarterly)
Priority scheduling

Premium Property Care – $149/month

Best for out-of-state owners & investment properties.

Includes everything in Plus, plus:

Full gutter cleaning (2x per year)
Pressure washing (driveway, entry, or patio – 2x per year)
Minor plumbing repairs (small leaks & clogs)
Caulking touch-ups (bathrooms, kitchens, windows)
Bi-annual exterior inspection (roof, fascia, stucco)
